Job description

Deputy Manager - Accounts - EBC You'll be leading our back-office operations and oversee branch audit at our fast growing network of over 8+ branches. You'll be working with multiple team-members and external agencies to accomplish your goals. These include: customer services department, logistics service providers, branch managers, production, operations and inventory. A typical day would require you to wear many hats. Prioritising tasks, managing deadlines, and effectively balancing revenue and other strategic initiatives. You would also be expected to oversee and manage the operational aspects. These include: Keeping track of Billing, Debtor and Creditors, Shipping of Orders, Inventory Reconciliation, Inventory Planning, Branch Audit etc. Metrics for all these functions and will oversee shipping and inventory. Skills / Experience

  • Experience in Tally ERP 9.0

  • Experience of at least 5+ years in accounts, operations, admin or related function.

  • Deep understanding of audit and reconciliation.

  • Developing Systems and Processes.

  • Detailed knowledge of all reports: Inventory, P&L, Inventory Management, Debtor and Credit Ageing, Inventory Ageing, Stock Movement etc.

  • You should be comfortable working in a very fast-paced and ambiguous environment

  • Travelling as required for branch audit and reconciliation.
